Quantum Transport in 3D Printed Structures

Lead Research Organisation: University of Nottingham
Department Name: Sch of Physics & Astronomy

Abstract

Using solid state physics and quantum mechanics to understand the electronic properties of devices made by additive manufacturing 2-dimensional devices and multi-layers. This includes electronic transport phenomena electron and hole conductivity and potentially heat transport properties. Initially the focus is graphene-based devices but could extend to other semi-conducting and metallic materials.
