Constructions of the Gross-Stark units

Abstract
This project is a study of the two current conjectural constructions, due to Dasgupta and Dasgupta-Spiess, for the Gross-Stark units. The aim of the project is to show that the two constructions are equal and to prove further results relating them to the Gross-Stark units.
