PI Contribution I'm a committee member for the SNAS group, based at the University of Edimburgh. The aim of this working group is to provide a forum to discuss projects, issues and ideas related to Social Network Analysis (SNA). My role is to give a voice to PGR students currently/intending to use SNA in their research by providing them with workshops and discussion pannels to present their research and establish collaborations. Additionally, I manage the social media channels for SNAS.

Results and Impact The 3 minutes thesis (3MT) is an academic competition for research students, challenging them to present their research to a non-specialist audience and giving them the opportunity to practice their public engagement skills. Anyone who is active in a PhD, MPhil or MRes or any other research programme (at any stage, including thesis under submission) will be eligible to participate in 3MT, as long as the degree is at least two thirds research.
