Abstract
Synthesis of small organic molecules including polyaromatic heterocycles to be studied using transmission electron microscopy as well as bulk techniques such as NMR spectroscopy, IR spectroscopy, MALDI-ToF MS and TGA. Further use of these small organic molecules to synthesise covalent organic frameworks (COFs) both as crystals and associated with nanocarbon support structures.
