Investigating the functional role of exosomal RNA cargo in medulloblastoma metastasis

Abstract
The project involves bioinformatic analysis and validation of RNASeq data (mRNA, lncRNA and miRNA) from medulloblastoma exosomes. Data sets from primary and matched metastatic and primary tumour derived cell lines will be compared, in order to identify candidates that potentially play a role in cell migration. These will be validated in functional assays and the underlying mechanism determined.
