Abstract
Project Aims
1. To use molecular pathology to characterise a novel membrane complex in a large lung cancer cohort, identifying associations with tumour parameters and clinical details.
2. To rationalise cancer mutations in this complex by exploring its biochemical characteristics and 'visualising' it for the first time.
3. To complement pathology and biophysical analyses, and to test new hypotheses generated from those approaches, with in vitro tumour cell models.
