Abstract
The "Parenting on the Border" study seeks to understand the unique challenges faced by migrant families from Myanmar residing along the Thailand-Myanmar border. The mixed-methods study examines coping strategies utilised by caregivers in Myanmar, as well as modelling the relationship between dimensions of daily stressors and harsh parenting outcomes, and the development of an evidence-based parenting programme aiming to reduce violence against children and supporting the mental well-being of migrant families from Myanmar.
