Lead Research Organisation:
Imperial College London
Department Name: Institute of Clinical Sciences
Abstract
1. To develop data analysis methods for time resolved investigation of multi-protein complex assembly in human DNA replication.
2. To develop modifications of the detector surface to enable kinetic and quality control experiments at high protein concentrations for human DNA replication factors.
