Nathan advances academic conversations around the strategic management of creative ecosystems. His research explores organisational style in the fashion industry and extensively examines the strategic decisions that impact stylistic choices. As part of his research, Nathan also investigates how creative identities are constructed and appraises the business development implications of creative judgments.
