Mass Spectrometry Analysis of Oligonucleotide Therapeutics

Abstract

In this project it is proposed to optimise liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry methods for the analysis of oligonucleotide and mRNA therapeutics. Training will be provided in a range of analytical techniques including HPLC/UHPLC, capillary electrophoresis and mass spectrometry. The student will have access to a wide range of state of the art analytical equipment including a Vanquish UHPLC system and an Orbitrap Exploris 240 mass spectrometer.
