Department Name: Management Department

Abstract

This project looks to analyse the different leadership theories and techniques that will
aid the successful integration of employees with autism. Autism is a developmental
disability that can cause significant social, communication and behavioral challenges.
Despite these challenges, their unique outlook and perspective make them beneficial
for organizations who are looking for a diverse workforce. However, in order to utilise
these traits, managers need to be able to adapt their leadership techniques to harness
employee potential and ensure their success within the organisation. This project
analyses the most effective leadership theories and behaviours for employing people
with autism
