Abstract
The following research questions will be considered:
1) How do the trajectories and implementation of social and language policy, and natural resource management in Krasnoyarsk Krai and the Republic of Sakha hinder or facilitate a participatory approach to climate change?
2) How can a participatory and interdisciplinary approach to climate change benefit stakeholders, i.e., Indigenous peoples (not just in Siberia but internationally), environmental scientists, sociolinguists and policy makers?
