Abstract

Project Highlights:
1. Assessing the fate and transport of PFAS through soils and weathered bedrock (saprolite) to evaluate whether saprolite is a sink or pathway of contaminants, and a potential hotspot for environmental concern.
2. A combination of digital mapping, controlled laboratory analyses, and field-based experiments.
