UV harvesting interlayers for photon recycling in 3rd generation photovoltaics

Abstract
UV causes device damage and is currently proving very elusive to harvest in solar cells. Organic materials produced by Christian Nielsen's group will be put to the test in the solar cell architecture, as they hold great promise for this. A laser spectroscopy setup must be built for these objectives to be fulfilled, in the shorter term.
