Context Aware Image Manipulation Detection for Satellite Images

My research focuses on utilizing convolutional neural networks (CNNs) to detect maliciously manipulated satellite imagery, I found this project exceptionally interesting and recently published a conference paper detailing a new dataset containing satellite images that have been manipulated using stable diffusion and a CNN based system for detecting and localizing these manipulations. I plan to develop this research throughout my PhD in order to create a robust system for detecting manipulated satellite images, this research aims to mitigate the ever-increasing problem concerning AI based misinformation.
