Lead Research Organisation:
University of Sheffield
Department Name: Economics
Abstract
This PhD project will adopt a holistic view of the household's financial
position; accounting for income, real and financial assets, debt and
consumption levels in the household, in addition to using subjective and
objective measures of financial vulnerability. The project will explore how
financial vulnerability manifests itself across different groups of the
population, e.g., between ethnicities, over their lifetime and across different
locations.
