Abstract
In this project the student will be studying proteinaceous effectors that we believe are toxic to mycobacteria. These will be derived from bacterial strains that are able to predate upon and kill mycobacteria. This will provide us with a deeper understanding of mycobacterial biology and possibly lead to new treatment targets.
