Transitions of young workers using linked administrative data
Lead Research Organisation:

Department Name: Economics
Abstract
The proposed research will fit with two of the White Rose pathways. Firstly,
the "Well-being, Health and Communities (WHC)" pathway is interested in
examining the link between personal circumstances (health) and
employment/unemployment. It is also concerned with examining the
differential impact on Black, Minority Ethnic, migrant and other marginalised
groups. The richness of the dataset would allow us to examine these
issues. Secondly, the research also links to the "The Sustainable Growth,
Management, and Economic Productivity" Pathway, which is concerned
with employment and the future of work.
