Abstract
The proposed research will seek to answer the questions:
1. What are young people's experiences of wellbeing and belonging in the workplace, under hybrid working arrangements post-pandemic?
2. How does identity contribute to young people's experiences of wellbeing and belonging in the workplace, under hybrid working arrangements post-pandemic?
Research will be conducted through the lens of Social Anthropology, Public Health and Psychology, in order to generate a deep understanding of the socio-cultural aspects of wellbeing and belonging in hybrid working.
