Impacts of INNS on freshwater ecosystems and ways to mitigate this, such as signal crayfish, mink, or non-native fish

Lead Research Organisation: CARDIFF UNIVERSITY

Abstract

I am interested in a wide variety of topics within conservation and ecology, particularly projects that present a sense of urgency and importance, and research projects that allow me to get out into the field and carry out physical experiments. I am particularly interested in invasive non-native species (INNS) - their drivers (and how a changing climate relates to this), impacts on conservation, the economy, and/or public health, and potential solutions, including the role public engagement plays in this.
