Computational de-orphanisation of T Cell Receptors using yeast peptide-MHC display libraries

Lead Research Organisation: University of Oxford
Department Name: Interdisciplinary Bioscience DTP

Abstract

This project aims to develop a machine learning pipeline for the prediction of off-target binding by candidate T cell receptor therapeutics, and for the identification of the natural ligands of orphan TCRs, using data from experimental yeast peptide-MHC binding libraries generated in the Fernandes lab.
