Description | The project explored new forms of displays and devices that can vastly enhance the way a user interacts with computational devices. The project specifically looked at early forms of shape-shifting and haptic feedback devices. |
Exploitation Route | The project has served as a stepping stone for many new research ideas that have been taken forward by the PI and others through EU and EPSRC funded projects. This project helped the PI in establishing the feasibility of a mid-air haptic feedback system that later formed the basis of his ERC starting grant. |
