Identification of vector-boson hadronic decays using jet substructure techniques in Atlas
Lead Research Organisation:
University College London
Department Name: Physics and Astronomy
Abstract
The project is about developing and improving techniques to distinguish between hadronic jets originated by decays of W and Z bosons to those from the most common quarks and gluons.
It also involves measuring the production of vector bosons in the fully hadronic decay mode, and at large transverse momentum.
