Description I found that the multinational off-shoring of R&D from the UK was: substantial and two-way; was particularly high to India and China; that this increases with the size of the firm & varies across industry; is driven by a nation's science and technology PhDs
Exploitation Route They are useful to managers of multinationals in making decisions about where to locate R&D and why, and how to manage global R&D networks. They are useful to policy makers in finding ways to attract global R&D investment.
